About Inspections
You'll appreciate the Instant ™ inspection report, presented to you at the conclusion of the inspection. It will enable you to evaluate the condition of the house in a timely and efficient manner, because we realize that your real estate transaction time is valuable. This report is a 32 page report including illustrations. It clearly itemizes the conditions of the structural, electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems for safety and operation. Following the inspection, our office will see that you receive any test results that could not be processed at the time of inspection.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Reporting on the main and sub-panels (breakers or fuses), light switches, light fixtures receptacles,
(G.F.C.I.) Ground fault circuit interrupters and much more.
STRUCTURAL SYSTEM
Reporting on the foundation, chimneys, framing, types of roofing material (age & life expectancies), walkways, walls, floors, windows, doors and much more.
PLUMBING SYSTEM
Reporting on the water heating units (age & life
expectancies), fixtures, faucets, visible supply and waste pipes, plumbing stacks, toilets and much more.
H.V.A.C. SYSTEM
Reporting on the type of fuel or source for heating, measure for carbon monoxide in the habitable atmosphere, check for proper shut off devices, any visible flue pipes or exhaust pipes and much more.
