Home inspector is considered for their engineering, mechanical and/or
construction background however Inspectra Home does require inspectors
to have additional certification from extensive training at REITI.

This training institute includes the reviewing of actual home inspections conducted by certified home inspector instructors who have completed over ten thousand inspections. It also educates students for intensive and technical experience in the structural electrical, plumbing and H.V.A.C. areas.
